Nature’s Threat LLC, doing business as Nature’s Threat (“Nature’s Threat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or submitted for fulfillment.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, available through our website.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Prices offered by Nature’s Threat may differ from prices offered by manufacturers, suppliers, physical retailers, or other online retailers.

Nature’s Threat is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Nature’s Threat.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Nature’s Threat and is not responsible for the fulfillment of purchases made from Nature’s Threat, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available through our website.

Customers are responsible for reading and following manufacturer instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, expiration dates, storage requirements, and safety information supplied with products.
