Shipping Policy
Nature's Threat LLC works with trusted suppliers to provide emergency preparedness products to customers throughout the United States. Because products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by different suppliers, processing times, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary by product.
Order Processing
Orders are sent to the appropriate supplier for processing after payment is successfully completed. Processing times vary depending on the product, supplier, inventory availability, weekends, and holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping costs and available shipping options, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before an order is completed. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Multiple Shipments
If an order contains products supplied from different fulfillment locations, the order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates. Customers will not necessarily receive all items from an order in the same shipment.
Tracking
When tracking information is provided by the supplier or shipping carrier, it will be made available to the customer after the order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label is created.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Nature's Threat as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of damaged products or packaging. We will work with the supplier and/or shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Emergency Preparedness Orders
Emergency preparedness products should be purchased before an emergency occurs whenever possible. Nature's Threat cannot guarantee delivery before a wildfire, storm, evacuation, power outage, severe weather event, or other emergency. Customers should not rely on expedited delivery of an online order when an emergency is imminent or already occurring.
